YOUTH AWAKENING ANTI ADDICTION CAMPAIGN AT DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL ASANSOL

May 11th became a significant day in the lives of the 6th – 9th graders of Delhi Public School Asansol,as they attended the life changing and path breaking Anti Addiction Campaign of Bobby Chakraborty.

The students or Bobby’s ‘soldiers’ took an oath to grow up as socially responsible humanbeings, by truly implementing education and intelligence towards their wellbeing, beyond just using them to secure marks in the exams.

Bobby a reputed actor/activist/teacher of method acting from Kolkata-India , has been carrying out this free of cost, global awareness program titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND', for the youth, against all sorts of addiction(smoking, alcoholism, smart phones) and harmful social trends(abusive language, online obscenity to gain popularity, online gambling through video games and apps, ragging, bullying etc.), for the last 2 decades, constructing millions of young lives in the process. This was his 484th session globally.

The official photographer of this memorable session was active soldier Shaurya Sahay(IX) , who was assisted by the superstar of the session, ‘The 1st Soldier’ Pranjal Maan(VIII).
The other two ceremonial titles of ‘The Best Friend’ and ‘The Trendsetter’ went to Soldiers… Rudra Chakraborty(VII) and Aditya Das(VII) respectively.

The concluding contest of recollection had Soldiers…Aditya Kumar(IX), Nobolika Mukherjee(VIII) and Devansh Sharma(VI) as the winners who, along with Shaurya were given special prizes, customized ‘soldier's t-shirts’ and Community Service Certificates by Bobby.

The Principal Vineeta Srivastava, the event coordinator Minu Singh and everyone present in the auditorium expressed their admiration and gratefulness towards Bobby's tireless and selfless efforts for the betterment of the youth.
