Techno India Group Public School-Durgapur, explosive and life altering Anti Addiction Campaign

The annual school calendar of 2025,had a perfect ending at Techno India Group Public School-Durgapur, with Bobby Chakraborty’s explosive and life altering Anti Addiction Campaign no.475,on December 22nd,which was also his 4th session in this particular school through the past 2 decades.

Students from the 6th – 11th grades eagerly participated in this powerful interactive session,titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND', creating an awareness in them, against all sorts of addiction (smoking, alcoholism, smart phones) and harmful popular trends (abusive language,online obscenity to gain popularity, bullying, gambling through online games etc.) .

The official photographer of this memorable session was active soldier Sanskar Shaw, an extremely well mannered and well brought up child from class IX, who was assisted by ‘The Trendsetter’ , soldier Subhranil Hazra(VIII) . Both the other ceremonial titles of ‘The Best Friend’ and ‘The 1st Soldier’ went to the most participative student of the session Ishan Mukherjee (VI), who was also one of the winners in the concluding surprise quiz contest, along with soldiers Parthiv Ghosh(VII) and Soujanya Bandopadhyay (XI). The winners,along with Sanskar were given special prizes, customised soldier’s t-shirts and Community Service Certificates by Bobby.

Bobby, a renowned actor/activist/teacher of method acting from Kolkata-India has been religiously carrying out this global awareness program for the children, free of cost, for two decades and credit goes to Techno India Group Public School, it’s founder Satyam Roychowdhury , Late Mou Roychowdhury and The Head of Business development and Operations Sandeep Das, who have strongly collaborated with Bobby, over the years, for the betterment of their students in all their schools throughout West Bengal.
