To solve this problem, he has promised to launch a special portal called 'Karmabhumi'. Where the names of local educated and skilled youth will be registered. He claims that employment will be generated by setting up new industries. 'Job reservation' will be ensured at a certain rate for local sons of the soil in the industrial sector. He clearly claims that the main wound of Durgapur is employment, and his main goal is to heal that wound. A blueprint for future development are on his eyes.

 

 

Kabi Dutta today also announced the establishment of modern health centers in various important areas of Durgapur and the provision of affordable education for all, by bringing school fees under control. He also promised to expedite the process of renewal, mutation and patta issuance of land related to rehabilitation. He also mentioned the construction of an international standard modern bus terminus in Durgapur as a major announcement for infrastructure development. Eviction and permanence of hawkers is a long-standing problem in industrial areas. Rehabilitation of small and unorganized hawkers, and permanent rehabilitation of small hawkers has been given a big place in Kabi Dutta's manifesto. Initiatives to protect the environment and plans to control pollution are also important parts of his manifesto. In addition, special emphasis has been given to the development of drinking water supply and sewage system.
