A brief moments of 'forbidden pleasure' that dragged to a three hours long 'half' submissio by the Odhisa girl in front of judge and her fiance in the Durgapur Court today that marked an utterly credible 'confession' of breaking the college rules, however.

After three months of the alleged gang rape incident, the victim second year girl student of IQ City Medical College appeared in the witness box of the Special Additional District Judge (Session)'s Court here this afternoon and described how she and her boyfriend fell victim of the circumstances inside the jungle near their college.

Despite of uninterrupted three hours of her submission, she, however, was yet to conclude, but the judge Lokesh Pathak scheduled next date for hearing tomorrow as the dusk hours already had passed.

The girl from Baleswar, Odisha was a second year student of the private medical college here. On 10 October, 2025 evening, she had been to the peri-urban forest about a km from her college campus with her classmate Wasef Ali of Malda. There, the duo allegedly was attacked by a group of youths from neighbouring Bijra village. Wasef was thrashed and driven out by the group and the girl was raped.

The police arrested five Bijra youths and then Wasef was taken into custody after swab samples matched during examination forensic.

The judge ordered the lawyers not linked to the case to vacate the courtroom for privacy. Sekhar Kundu, the defense counsel for Wasef Ali said: "The girl didn't alter her versions further and she narrated the same what she'd stated before the Magistrate in her secret depositions within a week of the incident."
