As soon as the Class 12 exam results of DAV Model School were announced, an atmosphere of joy was created in the school campus.
Deepika Garai topped in Commerce with 98.4 percent marks, Doel Mandal topped in Science with 98.2 percent marks, and Suditi Das topped in Humanities with 96.8 marks.
In the session 2025-26, the school average in the Class 12 CBSE (AISSE) exam was 82.54 percent. A total of 120 students scored more than 90 percent marks. 66 students achieved a perfect score in various subjects.
In Class 12, in the Commerce stream, Deepika Garai scored 492 (98.4) marks and became the school topper. Nikunj Bajoria secured the second rank with 491 (98.2) percent marks. Hitesh Jalan and Tanvi Kanodia jointly obtained 486 (97.2) percent marks and secured the third rank.
In the Science stream, Doel Mandal scored 491 (98.2) marks and became the school topper. Deepashikha Jash secured the second position with 483 (96.6%) marks. Devangi Banerjee and Srija Ray Mandal jointly scored 480 (96%) marks and secured the third position.
In the Humanities department, Suditi Das became the school topper with 491 (96.8%) marks. Meanwhile, Sanchari Ghosh and Sayantani Dinda jointly secured the second position with 481 (96.2%) marks. Madhurima Majhi achieved 478 (95.6%) marks and secured the third position.
Expressing delight over the students' success, the principal of the school and Regional Officer of DAV West Bengal Region, Papiya Mukherjee, wished the successful students a bright future, stating that these students have succeeded in giving a new dimension to their future. She added that no amount of praise would be enough for these students. She also thanked the teachers, colleagues, and parents, whose combined efforts have helped the school maintain its glory. She expressed hope that the examination results of the current session would be even better. For this, students and teachers were called upon to make every possible one hundred percent effort.
