CM of Bengal Suvendu Adhikari today mark the completion of 100 days of the state's BJP government

Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari will attend several important government programs in Purulia today to mark the completion of 100 days of the state's BJP government. Speaking at a press conference at Nabanna yesterday, he stated that an account of the priority measures taken and the successes achieved during the government's first 100 days would also be presented on that day.
 
The Chief Minister stated that he would first inaugurate the Manbazar drinking water project, which is being implemented with assistance from JICA. This project will further strengthen the supply of safe drinking water to residents across vast areas of Purulia.
 
Subsequently, the Chief Minister will lay the foundation stone for the steel plant proposed by Amit Metaliks in Raghunathpur. This investment of approximately ?4,000 crore by the company is expected to generate significant employment opportunities.
 
He further stated that various government departments would publicize details of their initiatives and achievements from the first 100 days through social media and mainstream news outlets. He maintained that upon assuming office, the new government had to resolve long-standing administrative complexities before commencing work. Consequently, greater emphasis was placed on priority areas during this period.
