ANTI ADDICTION CAMPAIGN CREATES EUPHORIA AT THE NATIONAL GEMS HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL

On July 3rd turned out to be an euphoric day of invaluable life lessons,for the students of the 7th & 8th grades, at The National Gems Higher Secondary School-Behala,when Bobby Chakraborty conducted the 485th session of his global, free of cost awareness program for the youth against all sorts of addiction (smoking, alcoholism, smart phones) and harmful popular trends(abusive language, online obscenity, gambling through online games, ragging, bullying etc.). This was his 10th session in this reputed school of West Bengal over the years.

This award winning anti addiction campaign of Bobby, who’s a renowned actor/activist/teacher of method acting from Kolkata-India, titled ‘I am the King of my Mind' ,has been changing thousands of young lives for the last two decades, all around the world.

The official photographer of this highly interactive and interesting session was active, well mannered and obedient soldier Timon Dey(VIII),who was assisted by ‘The 1st Soldier’, Prithiraj Dhali.

The other two ceremonial titles of ‘The Best Friend’ and ‘The Trendsetter’ went to Soldiers…Abhigyan Pathak and Gourab Chatterjee respectively.

The winners of the concluding surprise quiz contest were Soldiers…Sanchayan Dutta Gupta, Agni Banerjee and Susmita Adhikary, who along with Timon, were given special prizes, customised Soldier's t-shirts and Community Service Certificates by Bobby.

Appreciation goes out for the socially responsible School Management,the visionary Principal, Jayasri Roy, the dynamic Event Coordinator,Paramita Mitra,along with each and every Teacher, for collaborating with Bobby, so effectively and consistently, on such pertinent topics of evil, that’s destroying the youth.
