ANTI ADDICTION CAMPAIGN AT HALDIA, MEDINIPUR(EAST)

For a student,there’s nothing better than resuming school, after the summer vacation,headlined with renowned actor/activist/teacher of method acting from Kolkata-India, Bobby Chakraborty’s life changing, global, free of cost, award winning awareness program for the youth, titled ‘I AM THE KING OF MY MIND’ to happen soon in their school.

The eager students of Bajitpur Saradamani Balika Vidyalaya, a reputed school in Haldia,Medinipur(East) district, from the 7th – 12th grades, are getting ready for this once in a life time experience , that will happen on July 22nd ,1 pm onwards.

This path breaking interactive program is the brainchild of Bobby, stemming out of his own personal loss and troubled childhood in the family, due to addiction. He has been carrying it out relentlessly since the past two decades in schools, colleges, universities, red light areas and orphanages all around the world.This will be his 488th session globally.

We deeply appreciate the socially responsible School Management, the visionary Principal Sumana Pahari and the Coordinator Nimai Jana, for collaborating with Bobby, towards empowering their students to fight against all sorts of addiction (smoking, alcoholism, smart phones) and harmful social trends(abusive language, online obscenity to gain popularity, online gambling through video games, bullying etc.) as they grow up.
