Perturbed with the 'malafide intentions aimed to defame it's uprising portfolios in the health care and academic domains' allegedly by a section of the social media platforms relating to the nuisances erupted during the much hyped appearance event of soccer star Lionel Messi in Salt Lake Stadium, the Sanaka Group - a multidisciplinary institutional, manufacturing and service sector entity  finally has emerged vigorous to defy the 'dusty nuisances' and has brought forward counter charges of 'planned criminal conspiracy' intrigued to malign it's 'hard earned' dignity against half a dozen of virtual outlets by registering a strategic complaint with the Cyber Police.

The Sanaka Group has denied the charges of it's bare minimum link with a coal scam fugitive Vinay Mishra brought forward in the said coverage.

The Sanaka Group, firstly, has denied it's allegiance with the Kolkata stadium massacre that reportedly tarnished the 'sporting image' of the Bengal government leading to  stepping down of the Sports Minister as videos of vandalism in the stadium flooded social media. TMC sources said that a section of the party leadership was peeved with Biswas's resignation.

The Sanaka Group further affirmed that Sanaka Hospitals and Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences are operated as units of Sanaka Educational Trust operating under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, which is a public charitable trust and not an entity registered under the Companies Act,2013. Professor Bonapart Chowdhury, Group Chief Executive Officer of Sanaka Group, considering the 'misrepresentation of facts out of ulterior motive' spread in wires by some social networks, claimed today: "Our Trust has no connection, direct or indirect, with any private company." The same he stated in a complaint lodged at the Cyber Crime Police Station of the Asansol Durgapur Police Commissionerate on last 18 October, which is pursued by the Group seeking a detailed probe and action against five 'known' YouTubers and an individual Shatarup Ghosh - a television face delivering on behalf of the CPI-M vocal on multiple issues.

Shatarup Ghosh, soon after the Kolkata Messi massacre had raised questions about - why Mamata Banerjee government moved fast to defuse the event fiasco, besides demanding specific investigation on the bank account of Shatadru Dutta - the key architect of the Messi event seeking detailed information about the 'hidden' contributors to Dutta's account.

Professor Bonapart Chowdhury, the CEO, in his complaint stated: "Sanaka Hospitals was associated with the internationally recognised GOAT tour of Messi 'strictly and exclusively' in the limited capacity of being an official health care partner providing health care support in Delhi, Mumbai, apart from Kolkata during the event." He further added: "This association was professional, transparent and non-political and was centered on extending healthcare alone."

The Sanaka Group then unleashed scathing attack on the CPI-M leader Shatarup Ghosh and the YouTubers saying: "Notwithstanding these undisputed facts, on and about 16 December, Ghosh and some YouTubers ruthlessly aired contents suggesting that 'Sanaka Hospitals is owned by Sanaka Medical Private Limited that one Vinay Mishra- a former director of Sanaka Medical Private Limited is connected to Sanaka Hospitals' and that the alleged illegal funds from coal mining and cattle smuggling were utilised by him to sponsor the GOAT tour of Lionel Messi."

Vinay Mishra - the key accused of coal and cattle smuggling cases still remains at large and incidentally has absconded to an island nation called Vanuatu and still remains as the top ranking fugitive in the hunting by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Enforcement Directorate sleuths investigating the smuggling and trafficking cases.
